THE WILDEFIRE DIFFERENCE
The Wildefire Concierge Experience™
A more personal way to buy property in the Dominican Republic — with someone local by your side from planning your visit to getting comfortably settled into your new home.
Buying Dominican Republic real estate is about much more than finding the right villa or condominium. It’s about understanding the area, experiencing the lifestyle, navigating an unfamiliar buying process and having someone you trust to help with all the details along the way.
MORE THAN A PROPERTY SEARCH
A Different Way to Buy Property in the Dominican Republic
A traditional property search often begins with a list of homes to see and a schedule of appointments. There’s nothing wrong with that approach — but I believe international buyers need something more.
When you’re considering buying a home in another country, you aren’t simply choosing a property. You’re deciding where you might live, vacation or invest. You need to understand the communities, experience the lifestyle, learn how things work locally and have the time to discover what genuinely feels right for you.
That’s why The Wildefire Concierge Experience™ begins with you — not with a list of properties.
Traditional Property Search
Property List → Appointments → Viewings → Purchase
The process is primarily organized around finding and viewing available properties.
The Wildefire Concierge Experience™
Understand You → Experience the Area → Explore Properties → Make an Informed Decision → Navigate the Purchase → Get Settled → Ongoing Support
The property search becomes one part of a broader, personal experience designed around you.
STEP 01 · BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
It Starts With You
Before I recommend a single property, I want to understand what you’re really looking for — and what you want your life in the Dominican Republic to look like.
Our conversations begin well before you arrive. I’ll take the time to understand why you’re considering the Dominican Republic, how you plan to use your property, the lifestyle you’re looking for, your preferred location and community, and the budget you’re comfortable with.
From there, I’ll help you narrow down the communities and properties that genuinely make sense for you and begin planning your visit around what you want to discover — not simply around a list of properties I want to show you.
By the time you arrive, we’ll already have a good understanding of what we’re looking for. But we’ll also leave room for your impressions to change once you experience the communities and lifestyle for yourself.
Before Your Trip Begins
The Wildefire Concierge Experience™ begins before you ever board a plane. We’ll talk about what brings you to the Dominican Republic, the kind of lifestyle you’re looking for, how you plan to use your property, your preferred locations and communities, and the budget you’re comfortable with.
Together, we’ll identify the properties and communities that make the most sense to explore, answer your initial questions about buying in the Dominican Republic, and plan your visit around what matters most to you.

STEP 02 · YOUR ARRIVAL
Your Experience Begins Before the Property Tours
When you arrive in the Dominican Republic, my goal isn’t to immediately start selling you properties. It’s to help you feel comfortable, get settled and begin experiencing the area you may soon call home.
Whenever possible, I’ll meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodations. If you need groceries or anything else along the way, we can stop together — even something as simple as visiting a local supermarket can help you begin understanding what everyday life here is actually like.
These first few hours also give us something much more valuable than another property appointment: time to get to know each other. We can talk about your plans, answer questions that have come up during your trip and start shaping the days ahead around what you’re genuinely interested in seeing and experiencing.
There is no rush to turn your arrival day into a sales day. You’ll have time to settle in, relax and get your bearings. The property search can begin when you’re ready.
More Than an Airport Pickup
From the moment you arrive, I’m here as a local resource — not simply someone who has scheduled property showings for you.
Need to stop for groceries? Have questions about where to eat? Want to understand the different towns, communities and everyday lifestyle? Wondering how something works locally? Those are all part of the experience.

STEP 03 · EXPERIENCE THE NORTH COAST
Discover the Lifestyle, Not Just the Properties
Finding the right property is only part of the decision. You also need to discover whether the community, surroundings and lifestyle feel right for you.
Over the next few days, we’ll explore properties that fit what we’ve discussed, but your visit won’t be built around rushing from one showing to the next. As we travel between communities, I’ll introduce you to the different areas of the North Coast and help you understand what makes each one unique.
We’ll meet developers, tour communities and look at the properties that genuinely make sense for you. Along the way, we’ll also make time to experience the places that could become part of your everyday life — the beaches, restaurants, towns and local conveniences that you simply can’t understand from a property listing.
We might stop for lunch on the beach in Cabarete, explore an area you haven’t seen before, or simply spend time talking about what you’ve liked and what you haven’t. As I learn more about your reactions, we can adjust the property search together rather than following a predetermined list of showings.
Experience What Living Here Could Feel Like
A property can look perfect online and still be in the wrong place for you. That’s why I’ll help you experience the North Coast as more than a collection of real-estate developments.
You’ll begin to understand the distances between communities, where you might shop and dine, what the beaches and towns are like, and how the different areas feel. The goal is to give you enough perspective to decide not only which property you prefer, but where you can genuinely imagine yourself living, vacationing or investing.

STEP 04 · FINDING THE RIGHT PROPERTY
From Exploring to Making an Informed Decision
By now, you’ll have a much clearer sense of what feels right — and just as importantly, what doesn’t. That’s when we can begin narrowing the search and focusing on the properties that genuinely fit you.
As we spend time together, I’ll learn much more about what matters to you than I could from our conversations before your trip. Your reactions to different communities, properties and locations help us refine the search and concentrate on the opportunities that best match your priorities.
We’ll compare the properties you’re considering, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each, and look beyond the photographs and sales presentations. That may mean comparing a resale with new construction, looking at different developers or communities, considering rental potential, or simply deciding which property and location best suit the way you intend to use your home.
My role isn’t to steer you toward a particular property or development. It’s to give you the local knowledge, information and perspective you need to make a decision you feel confident about — including taking more time if you aren’t ready to buy.
Advice Built Around Your Priorities
Not every buyer needs the same property. A vacation home, retirement residence and investment property can each require a very different approach.
We’ll look at the factors that matter for your particular goals — location, community, property type, price, ongoing costs, rental potential, construction options and anything else that could affect your decision.
When there are trade-offs, I’ll explain them. When I see something I think you should know, I’ll tell you. The objective isn’t simply to complete a sale. It’s to help you make a decision that makes sense for you.

STEP 05 · NAVIGATING THE PURCHASE
From Decision to Ownership
Finding the right property is an exciting moment, but for an international buyer it can also raise a whole new set of questions. This is where having someone local by your side becomes especially valuable.
Once you’ve decided to move forward, I’ll help you understand what happens next and guide you through each stage of the purchase. Depending on the property, that may begin with an offer or an Agreement to Reserve, followed by the legal, financial and administrative steps required to complete the transaction.
I’ll help coordinate the process and connect you with the appropriate local professionals, including an independent Dominican attorney who can perform the necessary legal due diligence and advise you on the purchase. When banking or financing is involved, I can also introduce you to local banking contacts and help you understand how the process typically works.
Throughout the transaction, I’ll stay involved — helping keep communication moving, answering the practical questions that inevitably arise and making sure you understand where things stand and what comes next.
You Don't Have to Navigate It Alone
Buying property in another country can involve people and processes that may be unfamiliar — developers or sellers, attorneys, banks, contracts, deposits, due diligence and closing requirements.
My role is to help bring those pieces together. I’ll remain a point of contact throughout the process, help you communicate with the people involved and make the practical side of purchasing in the Dominican Republic easier to understand and manage.
You’ll have the appropriate professionals advising you in their areas of expertise, while I’ll continue to be there to help you see how the pieces fit together.

STEP 06 · AFTER THE PURCHASE
My Support Doesn't End When You Buy
Buying the property is an important milestone, but it isn’t necessarily the end of the journey. Especially for an international buyer, there can still be many details to manage before your new home is ready for you to enjoy.
For a completed property, that may mean helping you get oriented, answering questions about the community and connecting you with the local people and services you need.
With a pre-construction property, the relationship can continue much longer. I’ll remain available as your villa or condominium moves from plans to construction and ultimately to completion, helping you stay connected to what’s happening here in the Dominican Republic.
When the property is ready, I’ll help with the transition into your new home and continue to be someone you can call when questions arise. My goal isn’t simply to help you purchase property. It’s to help make owning property here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
From Purchase to Your New Home
For many international buyers, completing the purchase is only the beginning of actually becoming comfortable owning a home in another country.
I’ll continue to help you navigate the practical side of ownership — whether that means following the progress of a new construction property, helping with the transition when your home is completed, introducing you to useful local contacts or simply answering the everyday questions that come up after you’ve bought.
And because I live here too, my relationship with you doesn’t end when the transaction closes. You’ll continue to have someone local you know and trust
