The available 2-bedroom condos have two bathrooms and measure about 139.6 to 145.8 m² (1,503 to 1,569 sq ft).

The available 3-bedroom condos have three bathrooms and measure about 172.9 to 191.7 m² (1,861 to 2,063 sq ft).

Both layouts are designed for indoor-outdoor living with balconies or terraces. Sizes vary by unit, so check the tables above for the exact figures.

Estimated monthly HOA fees start at US$349 plus tax for a 2-bedroom (US$349 to US$355 for the available units)

and US$432 plus tax for a 3-bedroom (US$432 to US$479 for the available units).

Fees cover 24/7 security and common-area electricity, clubhouse operations and cleaning, pool, garden and common-area maintenance, garbage collection and fumigation, and the shuttle bus and water.

Fees are allocated by square meter across 71 units, a reserve fund will be built over time, and final amounts will be set by the condominium association.

Completion depends on the building. Buildings 6 through 10 are completed and available for immediate delivery. Building 11 is scheduled for delivery on November 5, 2026, while Buildings 4 and 5 are expected to be completed in February 2027.

Construction of Buildings 1 through 3 is planned to begin in 2027, with updated pricing and finishing specifications expected in January 2027.

A US$5,000 reservation deposit secures your selected residence, subject to availability and developer acceptance. The full reservation amount is credited toward your first purchase installment.

The notarized Promise of Purchase is normally completed within approximately one month, with the purchase terms and payment schedule established for your transaction.

Paulman Group sets the payment structure by construction stage:

25% + 25% + 50% for a standard purchase,

30% + 20% + 50% for residences under construction, and

20% + 40% + 40% for pre-construction purchases.

Payment schedules may be adjusted depending on the individual purchase agreement. The timing of each installment is established in consultation with the developer and confirmed in the purchase contract. Connections is in the Playa Encuentro area of Cabarete on the Dominican Republic’s North Coast, between Cabarete and Sosúa. Playa Encuentro is about a 7-minute walk away (we timed it on foot). According to the developer, downtown Cabarete is about 5 minutes away by car and Sosúa Beach about 6, and Puerto Plata’s Gregorio Luperón International Airport is roughly 20 to 25 minutes away.

Connections is a gated community with 24/7 security and offers resort-style pools, sun decks, covered pergolas, landscaped gardens, an on-site gym, a clubhouse and social areas, a backup generator and a community shuttle service.

Owners also have access to Front Loop, the partner beach club at Playa Cabarete, with owner perks such as restaurant discounts, and to selected amenities within the wider Casa Linda community .

Each residence includes a fully equipped modular kitchen with quartz countertops, porcelain tile flooring, tempered-glass showers and stainless steel railings. Comfort features include split air conditioning, ceiling fans with lights, electric hot water and a common gas supply. Air conditioners, fans and all appliances are included: refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave with extractor, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
