Hi, Rich Regan of Wildefire Properties, I am here at Casa Linda in between Sosua and Cabarete of the Dominican Republic.

I wanted to show you this villa that I am fixing up for clients I am selling this villa for them and then we will be listing and selling.

One of the services we offer is a full service concierge service that we offer to our clients. Part of that service is helping our clients with organization and preparation of the home for the sale.

This villa needs a little TLC in terms of painting, it hasn’t been painted for a while so it needs to be repainted.

We are getting the villa staged and ready and hopefully after that it will be a quick sale.

I will take you in and show you a little bit of this villa and a little bit of the area.

Painting is in progress right now.

I will show you the before and after of what it is like.

Here is the kitchen, the kitchen has been painted and you can see what that looks like.

This is a four bedroom Ultima Villa Design at Casa Linda (click for villa detail page).

This is a little bit of the neighborhood.

Beautiful landscaping. Lots of privacy all done without fences. Very private. Very quiet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Coconut tree over here with lots of coconuts on it. Avocado tree with lots of big avocados that are ready to be eaten soon.

This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom Ultima Villa that will be coming on the market as soon as we finish the painting.
