Beautiful Sunset Tonight From the Villa Sunseeker in Casa Linda!

Hi everyone, Rich Regan of Wildefire Properties in Sosua Cabarete Dominican Republic.

Today I’m at a home in Casa Linda Development showing you the beautiful sunsets from a Villa SunSeeker home design.

I’m at Villa 761 in Casa Linda checking on one of my clients villas out.

The reason they call this home Villa Sunsetter is of course because of the sunsets.

This home is a brand new four bedroom villa that is going in to the Casa Linda rental program.

At 0:31 in the video I show you the beautiful view from this home happening right now. The video shows the infinity pool that falls off over the ravine.

The landscaping in the backyard highlights the privacy of the homes in Casa Linda and how the it is done without fences.

The flowers, pool side patio and pool area bar are shown.

At 1:20 in the video I take you for a quick walk through the villa first through the kitchen with solid wood cabinetry.

Into a bedroom beautifully decorated by one of the interior decorators I work with to be sure my clients have a turn-key home (picked out with the client).

At 2:15 on this video is the main living area of the home – big spacious main living area with a flow through out to the covered terrace by the pool.

At 2:22 is a powder room – common shared bathroom for guests at the home so that people over for dinner etc do not have to use personal bathrooms.

At 3:00 is another shot of the sunset from the Puerto Plata direction.
