Casa Linda Real Estate (Sosua – Cabarete) A Drive Around Tour of Our Community

In this video I take a drive around Casa Linda showing the viewer a tour of what the community looks like today. Casa Linda is the Sosua Cabarete Real Estate Development that our home is located in.

I wanted to show some of the homes in Casa Linda and some of the lots currently available.

Casa Linda is a gated community located between Cabarete and Sosua in the area of Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic.

First in the video drive-about is one of the homes currently under construction. Next is a home that was built in the last few years.

Next in the video is a gorgeous home previously built that has a second story ocean view (all of the homes in this area of the video are ocean view homes). Those homes are called “Nirvana” homes.

Next on the drive through is a completed construction of a Villa Serenity.

The privacy of homes is completed with designed landscaping. Even the newly constructed homes at Casa Linda have the landscaping filling in providing excellent privacy for the home.

At 1:45 in the video is a new lot that is coming available at Casa Linda (the lot reservation has been released). It is a gorgeous home building lot with natural rock included that can be landscaped in a beautiful way with gardens and more.

There are forty-five security guards on staff at Casa Linda. The security guards patrol and look after the property (there are also security cameras along the perimeter of the development). Casa Linda is one of the safest gated communities in the DR.

Next in the video are the newer homes being constructed in Casa Linda – the video shows the seven under current construction.

Casa Linda is almost sold out of the last few phases of development and they recently purchased land for phase 10 that will be 69 new home lots and most of those homes will have ocean views.

Next on the video at 3:30 we see a nice custom designed home completed that is located along the ravine. Also a lot that has been purchased by one of my friends.

Next at 3:36 on the video is an architecturally custom designed home (the architectural design services are provided free of charge). The custom design services allow home buyers the opportunity to pick out a standard home design and custom design their home.

At 4:00 on the video are homes being built on previously reserved lots.

The Sunseeker home design is at 4:15 on the video. The Sunseeker home design is very reasonably priced starting at around 200,000.00 USD. The Sunseeker home design allows for a very reasonably priced home with financing available through the banks. This one at 4:34 has a gorgeous ocean view from the second story. You can’t see it on the video but from the second story it has an ocean view where you can see the cruise ships sail by.

At 5:00 I’m returning my drive tour to where I started and the sun set is looking like it will be beautiful this evening which is good for our visit to the Waterfront Restaurant this evening with some clients. We will be watching the sunset while enjoying the ocean view at our dinner.

At 5:26 is the ridge area of Casa Linda with beautiful ocean views.

At 5:45 is a large two story custom designed home under construction and lots that are currently available for reservation which are close in proximity to the amenities currently being built.

The amenities in this area of Casa Linda are the lazy river, the children’s play pool, and adult pool with swim up bar, tennis courts, mini golf, and other activities. We also have a restaurant on site at Casa Linda (and also a grocery store). You don’t have to leave the development if you don’t want to. We have everything here.

At 6:28 are lots available and others that were constructed about 3 – 4 years ago with nice ocean views.

At 7:29 is the welcome center and main security gate coming in to Casa Linda and the beautiful waterfalls – a nice feature as you come in to our community.

At 8:00 in the video I drive past the future Casa Linda water park that is being built and the tennis courts and mini golf putt, children’s pool, adult pool all currently being constructed.

Next is the Casa Linda waterfall entry in to the park at 8:20.

Driving back up the hill on the video at 8:35 to the right are homes being constructed with about ten lots available in the main area of Casa Linda. And then there is more ocean view lots available across the street that will be connected to Casa Linda. And a villa
that my clients are here receiving (they are from NewMarket Ontario Canada).

Then an ocean view lot that will be constructed on shortly and a ravine lot that one of my clients purchased that will be a six bedroom SunSeeker home design that will take about four months to get constructed.

At 10:00 on video is a home that people from Mississauga purchased (the people we are going to dinner with tonight at Waterfront Restaurant to watch the sunset). At 10:19 is another SunSeeker home that was built for my clients from OakVille Ontario.

And at 10:25 we drive up to where my home is and another one of my clients from Oakville that recently received their home and is putting their home in to the rental program at Casa Linda.

At 10:42 gorgeous four bedroom home. Also another 4 bedroom home in the Casa Linda rental program and two 6 bedroom homes on the video (my sister’s home) and I arrive at my home driveway.
